How It Works

Installation Demonstration

 RV Airflow Description

RV Airflow is a specially designed, patent pending, module that installs into the plenum, the space between the bottom of your air-conditioning unit and the cover plate, that captures 100% of the discharged air and directs it smoothly into your RV’s existing duct work. The module is a non-electrical, non-mechanical device. It removes air friction and turbulence which allows your roof mounted air-conditioner to operate at its designed capacity*.

 Made In The USA

The RV Airflow System is manufactured from 3lb Expanded Polystyrene (EPS), the highest density available. It is highly durable, temperature and water resistant and prevents bacteria and mold growth.  It contains no CFC, HCFC or HFC blowing agents or formaldehyde, is chemically inert so it does not produce methane gas or any contaminating leachates and is 100% recyclable! The EPS does not absorb water which eliminates the potential for mold.  The module is light-weight and won’t increase the load on your RV.

 RV Airflow Benefits

Another benefit of an RV Airflow System is that the reduction of air friction may extend the life of your A/C components, including reducing the load on the compressor, blower motor and other electrical components.  RV Airflow may also reduce compressor cycle times so that the A/C unit doesn’t have to work as hard.  This can result in lower electrical consumption by your air conditioner. The air conditioner will also remove much more moisture from the rig in high humidity climates. The reduction of air turbulence may also assist in decreasing noise while running your air-conditioner.

Why Buy RV Airflow Systems?

Solution

RV Airflow is a solution that not only makes sense for your level of comfort, it is also a smart way to maintain the life of your air conditioner and its components.

A/C That Works Right

You have an RV so that you can enjoy the great outdoors, right?  Wrong!  You have an RV because you relish some creature comforts while you’re there.  Cooling down your rig after a long day of activity is vital.  That’s where  RV Airflow Systems comes to the rescue!

Quiet

RV Airflow Systems may also quiet down your air-conditioning unit, so there’s no need to either blast the TV or turn off the air so that you can hear the sound.

Designed By A/C People Who Own An RV

RV Airflow Systems fits into your existing air flow architecture to increase air volume, boost efficiency and enables the reduction of temperature in a shorter amount of time.* RV Airflow Systems unique, proprietary design balances air flow throughout your RV, equalizing the temperature.** No more hot or cold spots!

* Based upon air-conditioning unit operating at proper factory settings.

** Patent Pending.

Efficiency & Value

RV Airflow Systems efficiency equates to  real energy savings for you!  It reduces the need for using multiple air-conditioners.  Many parks charge for electricity, so RV Airflow Systems is an investment that will pay off quickly through the amount of money you will save!
